Extremely disrespectful of respondents/ 'experts' time - they'd have to fill out 15+ questions and only then do they tell you you're not qualified, but you've already filled out a bunch of useful info.

I completed a survey that I qualified for and spent 2 hours responding to various questions. The survey was recorded. For a significant period of time, the survey showed as being “In Review.” However, after I raised a concern about not having been paid, I noticed that the status was changed to “Not Complete.” This is extremely frustrating and concerning. I completed the survey in good faith and invested approximately two hours of my time. The fact that it remained under review for an extended period strongly suggests that my submission was received and was being evaluated. Changing the status to “Not Complete” only after I questioned the lack of payment raises serious concerns about how my submission has been handled.

Avoid this entirely. They spam you about high-paying research opps, if you take the bait and pass a pre-screen qualifier, you then take long surveys (probably what they get paid for), then at the very end they say you are disqualified after 30-60 min of surveying, and therefore no payment owed to you. Total sham, don't waste a moment of your time.

I get spammed with surveys, then finally completed one, and spent around 30 minutes on it. The status was then changed to "disqualified" Thanks for wasting my time.

The platform does not feel safe, and there are serious concerns about how identity and personal information are handled. Staff communication is rude and extremely poor messages go unanswered even after multiple follow‑ups, they never pay on time, and there is little transparency or accountability. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism makes the service difficult to trust and even harder to rely on for consistent expert engagements.

I did the work but didn’t get paid!!

Total scam. You do the task and never receive the payment or hear back from them

so spammy and sketchy.
