Do not pay for this service. I got nothing and they charged me $$$$$.

One of the worst platforms to use when applying for work. Several issues from applications not being received by hiring managers in charge of the open roles—to impossibly silent and dead responses from applications submitted. Better off spending time yourself to build your applications personally than using this poorly developed language model. NOT WORTH THE MONEY (especially given they won't entertain a refund for a poor product).

Was led to a job posting from jobleads. The user experience was misleading. After I had spent time preparing my resume for the job application, I uploaded it and then was told I would have to pay a subscription fee for $299 to complete having the application sent to the company. So I checked around to see if the same job was listed and found that it not on the company's website and it was on LinkedIn but "No Longer Accepting" applications. So basically I could have paid the money for a job listing that didn't exist. I don't like the tactics of this company. - I would avoid them.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This doesn't sound like the Offered candidate experience that we worked so hard to create. I requested more information from you so I can better understand the issue. Here is my best guess based on the information I have: We validate jobs daily to ensure our postings are up to date, but sometimes jobs are closed quickly in between those cycles. It seems likely that this was the case here. We never aim to add more difficulties to an already overburdened job seeker, and I deeply apologize for the added challenge this may have caused you.
Website has a terrible user experience.
