I had a great experience with OctaLogo. Their staff was friendly, and met every expectation I asked. While there was a small hick up, which can be expected sometimes, I was pleased with the overall result that I didn't factor the hick up into the overall service. Great company and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I truly mean it when i say "Heaven on Earth" These guys are thorough professionals who know exactly what to do and how to satisfy a client. They have done an incredible job in creating a complete brand for me. From my logo to my website to my social media, etc etc the list goes on. Never once did they let me feel that i am pushing them to meet tough time lines ( and i was on one) nor asked me for more money for my extra work. Great work ethics and I would be strongly recommending them. If you are serious about your business or brand, just go to them. They really meant it when they said "we will take care of you" at the time of sales. No hidden charges, no extra costs. Thank you

I cannot say enough about Jerry Miller and the team at Octalogo. I am so glad our new worshiping community in Charlotte, NC, chose this company to create our brand image and all collateral materials. We started this journey focusing on the logo which we knew would be the most important and most difficult task. Why you ask? We are worshiping in a bar/listening room in the heart of NoDa the arts community. That said, the logo needed to reflect the unique ministry that we are and provide visual appeal to the artistic and diverse culture that we are serving. It took many conversations and several revisions by the Octalogo team and they hit it out of the park. We are thankful for their diligence, creativity and hard work. Thanks Jerry! On to the website. I had the pleasure of working with Jerry Miller and his team at Octologo, and am very happy with my experience. I have an amazing logo because of Jerry's leadership, communication and creativity. I have received multiple compliments of my logo design and it is all because of my team's attention to detail and creativity. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend Octologo to anyone looking for logo design.

Got up-sold from a simple logo design to a website redesign by, (can't say their name, I've been flagged and had to update this). One month went by before they even started work on the site. When they did send me their little demo link; it was a simply template and copy/past job. I demanded to see the back end user interface, as I was promised it was very easy to use as my site needs constant updating/changes. I was given WORDPRESS. WordPress not only provides free templates, but you need a masters degree in computer science and coding to do anything to your site! At this point, communication with them was nonexistent. My "project leader" was changed form _ _ _ _ to _ _ _ _ to _ _ _ _ _. ALSO, VERY IMPORTANT - They are not completing the work in Texas (as I was told) or Jersey, where the BBB states they are located; it's all outsourced to PAKISTAN! They took a WordPress template, and copy/pasted my content into a crappy looking site, handed me WordPress, and POOF, gone. I have escalated this to the BBB; they ALWAYS help! AVOID AVOID AVOID! RUN THE OTHER WAY! *** SINCE I WAS MADE TO UPDATE *** - I received an email from this website saying someone from Octo-crap flagged my review for including names... so, in order for it to stay up, I need to come back here and revise. I read at the end there, that I said I'd escalate to the BBB. Well, guess what I did. Two weeks or so and I got no apology, no contact, just a refund receipt in my inbox. I guess if there had to be a silver lining, it'd be that I got to keep the logo. But still - AVOID!

I must give an honest review for the sake of future customers. I'm happy with the final product but it took a lot longer to get there than I imagined - maybe that was wrong of me. My very simple logo took a few weeks until completion which was a bit longer than I hoped but on the whole I'm happy.

Seriously lost for words on how to describe what an amazing journey this has been for us with OctaLogo. My wife found them online and after few conversations we agreed to press the go button. From the designing of our logo to complete brand identity these guys have been special. We couldn't be more happy and satisfied. Their response time is superb and seriously WOW customer experience and service. They honestly break all horizons to ensure your satisfaction and we would forever be thankful to them. They not only delivered what was agreed but went beyond to add their own expertise to make our website look what it is now. They are currently doing our app and that too has been spot on so far. Amazing turnaround time and price. They truly are the best, highly recommended!!!
