When you open the the box and see your new watch it's hard to realize that it's considered a tool watch meant for the most extreme conditions. Lightweight grade 5 titanium makes it tougher and lighter than stainless steel and very comfortable on the wrist. The watch is beautiful and punches far above the retail price. Customer service is the excellent which is hard to find these days

After looking at the brand for a while I finally decided on the watch for me. I invested in the new waveracer in turquoise dial on presale price, the specs alone for the price were fantastic. Having to wait almost 2 months was torture but the website clearly stated there would be a delay as was presale! The watch arrived yesterday and I have to say the quality is excellent!!!! Far better than I thought it might be. All these other reviews complaining about import duty to be paid that's not oceanevas issue, if you buy anything from the US with the orange one in charge expect higher duty charges 🤷 All in all a fantastic timepiece. Will definitely buy more!!

Just bought my 10th Oceaneva watch. Fantastic quality and technical spec for the money.

I have not received the watch yet so can't comment on quality. But when you order from outside the US check how much duty you will have to pay, I was charged another £103 which added 25% to the watch cost. They also have a perpetual sale on so make sure you are not over paying for the watch you want.

I ordered and paid for Oceanvea watch in November and never received it. When I asked them for reund, they refused and told me, that they can ship order now. I do not need watch after one year, lousy and arrogant customer service

I received the diver gmt a week after I ordered it. It was nicely boxed & came in a foam lined hard plastic Oceaneva box. Watch was also covered in protective covering even the watch band to avoid scratches. Watch is colorful and quite attractive. Nice job Oceaneva.

I ordered a watch from this company and I didn't notice in the small print that I would have to pay in full then wait nearly four months. I blame myself for not checking. When it did arrive not only was it the wrong colour but I had to pay a further £100 import duty. This was never mentioned on the original order. I told the company that the watch face colour was all wrong and they couldn't care less. My advice is don't buy from them, any business who treats customers they way they do does not deserve your business. Alan

Nettement plus cher que les montres equivalentes vendues sur le plus grand site commercant des USA, mais qualité tres mediocre , et surtout service client inexistant en cas de problème . Demarche commerciale agressive, et description du produit inflatée!!!
