Great customer service ! a pleasure to deal with them would definitely recommend to a friend.

Frannie and Jill have been wonderful to work with! They built my first website 3 years ago and I'm having them build me three more. Easy to work with, excellent customer service and an absolute pleasure to work with!! I'm a happy repeat customer and will bring more business their way in the future.

I came to Ocdesign close to 2 years ago to have my eCommerce website professionally prepared and to have my eBay store updated with a template that matched my website. The Ocdesign team didn't just meet my expectation, they exceeded it. I recently had an issue with my website loading slow, and when I contacted Frannie about the issue she and the team jumped right on it and found the issue and provided the solution....QUICKLY!! Professional....check, great customer service.....check. Care and concern for their customers.....check. Thank you Frannie and team!!!

Our business uses OCDesigns for maintaining our eBay store design and layout. We are constantly getting compliments about how clean and easy our eBay store is to navigate. The customer service is great and everything is done is a timely matter! Highly recommend!

Been using OC Designs for a couple years now and it's about time we write a review for them, they really deserve this. we are a bolt/fastener retail website and OC designed our eBay page and designed us a custom template for BigCommerce. They worked with us on a personal level, I would speak to the same people and not some outsourced support they spoke to us in house and we actually got to know them even though they are on the other side of the county for us. Anyways, they worked with us and solved a lot of the customizations that we thought of. Excellent service, excellent support and excellent people. I recommend them 100%

OC Designs has been so good to work with. They listened to my ideas and created a top of the line and unique template. Much better than I envisioned. I couldn't be happier with this company. Talented and professional and a year later they still check in with me and help with updates and changes as needed. You will not be disappointed using this company. They go above and beyond

We've worked with OC Designs for quite a few years. They've done several updates of our website by customizing BigCommerce templates. They've always been responsive and professional. Very easy to work with.

What can I say? Frannie and OC Designs did an AMAZING job redesigning our Stun & Run Self Defense and Little Viper websites. They did an awesome job at a very affordable price. What drew us to them was the fact that they were a certified BigCommerce partner and had a ton of positive reviews. We were not wrong for going with them! Compared to paying $4K or $5K for a great ecommerce site, nothing tops these guys. They forgo some costs and are extremely willing to assist you with your needs. Frannie goes out of her way to personally manage every project so that things run smoothly and come out the way you want them to. Affordable, streamlined and amazing web design! We have counted on OC Designs Online as our dedicated ecommerce development team and invested a lot in them. They have continued to excel at what they do since we first started working with them in 2016. Continually impressed! Ulrich, Co-owner at Stun & Run Self Defense | Little Viper
