Everything from purchase and communication is great. Quick feedback from the mail. Would definitely buy here again. Thanks!

Terrible company, bought a scanner with 2 years free updates, only got 1. Have contacted them several times over a 10 week period with no useful response. Even worse customer service. AVOID OBDPRICE for your own benefit.

serious and professional customer service, I contacted them to resolve a language problem on the KM100, they resolved the problem within 24 hours

Best price around

Very fast service and excellent communication.

After order was sent, they could not provide tracking number and do not respond. Spent $3000 and got nothing. BEWARE
