I have an issue with glue residue on the wooden box urn and reached out to Oaktree memorial with no response.

The timing in finding this rectangular white box marble urn was perfect, and it helped move the process. A one piece of white marble, it had the right feel, a classic look and visual serenity that I think will stand through out time. I had a question regarding the engraving and and legibility, and it was answered with a call back. Good people that seem to care.
