There was a mix up on the order…

Everything was great as usual except for the website😅 I don’t know why but it kept frozing. For exemple, it was very difficult to go back and forth to compare some sunglasses or googles, I mean, basic things like loading a page took ages. Hopefully, I order once a year so it makes me practice my patience when I do. Hopefully, they will work on this issue and we’ll see next year:) That being said, the products are just amazing, so sturdy for the job and outdoor activities. Shipping was super fast! Finally, I really appreciate the recognition for military and law enforcement officers. Hope it was helpful!

Ordered a pair of prescription eyeglasses and had to send them back 3 times due to the lenses being cut too big and too small for the frames. The last time was for a refund. They could not make me a pair of glasses that looked like a professional lab produced them. Customer service is a joke. Very dissapointed at how they treat veterans.
