I moved recently, so when I ordered a new pair of sunglasses the address on file was my old one. Because I paid via PayPal, I didn't catch that the wrong address was on file. Immediately upon receiving my confirmation I saw the old address and sent an email. Customer service took corrective action Immediately and sent my glasses to the correct address.
