Clair, Thank you for your feedback. We reached out to you via phone, text, and email no less than half a dozen times advising you that your autoship was still active. You had several months to cancel with us. We continued charging your card per the terms and conditions you agreed to, which were clear and conspicuous when you enrolled. Please contact customer service if you would like to cancel any active autoships as we cannot process a cancellation from a public review.

I am asking trustpilot to step in to get more information from you. We have no partners in our system with your name. We have no manager named Jeff. We consider this andyour lack of providing Trustpilot with information so we could review your account, to be a blatant false review for a competitor.

Our Autoship program is designed to provide convenience and uninterrupted product delivery, but we understand that preferences regarding order notifications can vary from customer to customer. We also recognize how important it is for our team members to listen carefully and respond with empathy when concerns are raised. We also believe that customers should feel comfortable making the decision that is right for them. While we are always happy to answer questions or discuss available options, we do not believe in pressuring customers to remain enrolled in any program if they wish to cancel. We appreciate your feedback and will share it with the appropriate team for review. While we cannot discuss any internal review processes or personnel matters, customer feedback plays an important role in helping us improve. We have multiple Linda Stones in our system. I am asking TrustPilot to step in so we can find your account and look into it. EDIT: We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be. Our records indicate that the autoship program and its recurring shipment terms were explained and accepted during the original order process. As part of that agreement, shipments continue automatically unless canceled prior to processing. We do send shipment confirmation emails once an order has been processed and shipped. Because the product was already in transit, standard return shipping and refund policies applied to the return. We always want our customers to feel informed and supported, and we appreciate your feedback regarding advance reminders prior to shipment. We will certainly share your concerns with our team as we continue working to improve the customer experience.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We take feedback from breeders and pet professionals very seriously. First, we are sorry to hear that your cat experienced vomiting. While our formula is used successfully by many breeders and pet owners, every animal is unique. Digestive upset can occur for a variety of reasons, including ingredient sensitivities, introducing a supplement too quickly, or underlying health factors. We always recommend starting with a smaller amount than the full recommended serving and gradually increasing over several days to allow for adjustment. We also want to clarify that prior to this review, we did not receive any report of digestive issues or concerns through your distributor or Account Executive. When we became aware of your concern, our team attempted to gather more information so we could better understand what happened and offer assistance. Unfortunately, the calls were disconnected before we were able to fully discuss the situation. Our goal is never to dismiss concerns, but to resolve them. If a pet is experiencing any adverse reaction, we want details so we can document it properly and evaluate the situation. We respect that breeders and pet owners will choose the products they feel are best for their programs. However, we strongly disagree with the characterization of our company as a sham. We have been serving the pet community for decades and stand behind the quality and safety of our products.
