I was trying to reduce my weight by reducing calories and exercise when i was 200 lbs. It was working, and i managed to lose 15 lbs in 6 months. I wanted something better so after trying a few Keto products, i also purchased this one. I used it nearly 20 days and i lost 5 lbs. So it is helping better than simple calorie reduction and exercise, but i guess i need to try more and see if it can do much quicker. But so far so good.

I recommend this product. It is much easier to take thAn the liquid. I am not as hungry and have seen a difference in how I feel.
