I've taken a lot of different proteins and I find the Whey Isolate to be great. I get the natural version of it in vanilla. It tastes good not great but when you keep it clean it's hard to make it taste so wonderful :). I find that it doesn't bloat me at all and it seems to have definitely helped me put on more muscle in the last 3 months then I've ever had.
