The course was interactive and full of the information I wanted at this time in my career. I worked 50 years as a nurse and now I want to use my skills to help people to heal themselves. Too long external treatments have been pushed. We have many resourses as humans. We need to share and help each other to know their body, mind, spirit and soul for self healing.

Dr. Vanessa Ruiz is an incredible source of knowledge in the field of functional nutrition; incorporating it into the nursing plan of care beautifully and effortlessly. In just a few short weeks, my understanding of functional nutrition widely expanded, and I had a clear direction on how to integrate it into my nursing practice. Any program that you choose with the Dr Vanessa is sure to be more than worthwhile!

I found The Certificate for Yoga Philosophy and Therapy Program so beneficial, both personally and professionally. Dr. Ruiz and Jim Keegan were both knowledgeable and enthusiastic teachers. The combination of coursework and actual yoga practices was a great combination. And so important for nurses to have as another tool for both clients and for self-care!

I have been wanting to take a nutrition class for nurses for some time now. Dr. V made the class interesting and doable. I would recommend this course for either professional or personal growth.

Personal and Refreshing. I appreciate the small class and the engagement. The instructors passionate about what they are teaching and truly engage with you personally. This was a great course and I strongly encourage nurses to take this. It is very liberating as nurse in todays Western Medicine. This course solidifies that I would like to learn more! Thank you for offering this.

The acupressure class from Dr. Vanessa Ruiz was fantastic and she is a great instructor. She was humble, thorough, kind, and excited to see our group learn and understand the principles of acupressure. I got so much from the course and have been able to begin practicing on myself and my family. I will definitely be taking more of her classes in the future.
