I work float pool med-surg, to critical care, ED, and everything in-between. Lying on an empty desk one night I Saw nursejanx printed on the bottom of a nurses brain. I googled that Sh** ....and found... REPORT SHEETS!!! So I tested out a bunch of their Nurse Report Sheets: I've found a different one that works for me at every level of care. My reports have been smooth as 25 yr. Macallan. The Price of free for all this content is wonderful, and the ability to customize has legit helped step up my nursing game. TL:DR So Yeah Five Well Earned Stars.
