Alex is always very responsive. Investing with Nurp is best suited for experienced investors who are comfortable making independent investment decisions but Alex is always available to help with technical questions and as a sounding board.

I have completed two transactions with Mr. Keith Richards, and both experiences exceeded my expectations. He explains complex topics calmly and clearly, in language I can actually follow, and he brings a genuine breadth of knowledge to every conversation. His professionalism is outstanding. Rather than simply telling me which numbers to enter, he paused throughout the process to ask questions, confirm my understanding, and walked me through what each figure meant and how it would affect my use of “Midas.” I felt informed, respected, and well cared for from start to finish. I would not hesitate to work with him again, and I recommend him without reservation.

Nurp is awesome! I've actually worked with them since they were called 0%, and I have always found their systems to be amazing. The customer support is top-notch and I am currently working with them using their Midas trading system, and I'm very happy with my results so far!

While I am slightly dissapointed with the algorithms performance to date, I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I a have received from Keith Richards as well as Ian Beith. They have been so responsive and helpful throughout the process. Always ready to jump on a call or video chat whenever I have issues or questions! Keith has even reached out to me unprompted just to make sure I was understanding everything and getting everything I needed. I truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism.
