The whole process of ordering and receiving our paint by numbers shipment was really easy. When I had a question they were prompt in replying. Great company!

The product is incredible! Very good materials. However the deliver process was very difficult. It took almost 4months. I was given the wrong tracking number. When I got the correct tracking number my painting was lost. However, numeral paint team sent me a new painting without costs. This new painting took less than 1 month to arrive. Numeral paint team answers very quick and it’s very helpful.

I highly recommend this company. My order was very delayed due to the current COVID situation but they responded to all my emails and even offered me a partial refund even though it wasn’t their fault.Finally received my order and delighted with the products.

I would give zero stars if I could. The first shipment was lost. The second shipment arrived with our three canvases crumpled and bent in 3 taped mailing envelopes. The paint in the tiny containers looks dried. I’m absolutely sickened we waited 3 months and paid more than $100 for this extremely poor-quality product. Don’t waste your money.
