My picture arrived with one colour missing, but the company was extremely helpful, immediately sending the missing colour plus a free canvas of my choice. Very easy to deal with.

Really good quality! I accidentally put two orders through, but was refunded for one and was able to keep the second painting, which I really appreciated!! It’s been such a good activity throughout lockdown :)

I really enjoyed the painting, the result was beautiful. I received one paint pot with the wrong color but when I reached out to customer service I got the correct paint sent. They were very helpful and replied fast. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered a paint by number for my daughter, who has anxiously been awaiting its arrival. I tried to track the shipment and my tracking number wasn’t working. I contacted the company, and they responded promptly, and thoroughly. Communications were clear and they were extremely helpful and courteous. I am truly impressed with their customer service! Item arrived before expected date and my daughter is over the moon about it. Will definitely order from them again!
