NumberBarnReviews of numberbarn.com

Matthew and Justin are very attentive guys, they resolved my problem quickly and throughout the interaction they were very coordinated and attentive. I recommend NumberBarn to everyone. Excelent reception!

We cannot thank Justin from NumberBarn enough for his exceptional service in resolving a very challenging situation for us at Certified Restoration Service, LLC. We had a phone number that was lost during a port out transfer by Grasshopper, who unfortunately refused to accept responsibility for the mishap. Justin from Customer Service at NumberBarn truly went above and beyond to help us. He scheduled multiple conference calls with Grasshopper Phone Service and tirelessly worked for almost a month to track down and recover our lost number. His dedication and persistence were nothing short of remarkable. Without Justin's incredible effort and commitment, our phone number would still be lost. He exceeded all expectations and demonstrated an extraordinary level of customer service that we deeply appreciate. Thank you, Justin, and NumberBarn, for your unwavering support and determination in resolving this issue. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend NumberBarn to anyone in need of reliable and dedicated customer service. Certified Restoration Service, LLC.

NumberBarn was fantastic at helping me port the number to Verizon. I could not have asked for a better support experience. You guys are the best.

I have been using NumberBarn for almost two years at this point. They are the only number provider I use. Their customer support is very quick to respond, and are very patient and helpful. I will be sticking with NumberBarn in the future too.

Number Barn is a great company to work with. Jessamyn is prompt to reply and helped me with a change request to my account. Number Barn offers the best prices for vanity numbers and they are very easy to work with.

I had my number with a VOIP provider for my company and decided to move it because the cost was too much. Most of my communication is through email, messaging or video calls but I needed to maintain a number for 2FA and for customer invoices. Number Barn was perfect for the price for SMS and voicemail/call forwarding. I had an issue with transferring the number and Justin was super helpful, owning the problem from the start instead of just handing me off to other people. Everything is working now and I’m so glad I switched.

I had never heard of Number Barn until recently. What a great service this is though! If you ever have the need to "Park" your phone number for awhile, this works great to have them port it over. Then you can suspend a high phone bill while you still keep your number. Plus, they are so helpful and friendly. I love this service!

If i could give NO star at all i would have certainly done it. Because of so many scams going on on the Net, i decided to give these people a try and buy a quite cheap number. I must say that, before purchasing, i contacted them a couple of times to also test the customer service. I got an answer each time. After the purchase of the number, not only i never heard from them again, I never even got the number ! I was furious because of the way they handled the business but, on my part, it was a test that kept me from spending on other numbers i had the intention to purchase. THANKS !
