Please do not trust this company. I was sent the wrong order and was told that the items were no longer available. I was told that I would receive a refund. It has been over a month and still have not received my refund. They are highly unsatisfactory in their customer service and have been ignoring my request for a refund. Very, very, disappointed in this company and I will be issuing a complaint through the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible, I’ve been waiting for my order a while. I ask about it, I get an email saying delivery was attempted many times !!! No one ever tried, no contact from anyone. Horrible customer service

I ordered hill stage 1 formula and received kendamil stage one formula. I had no choice but to switch my son formula since I can’t purchase his original HIPP formula in store.

On my initial order the expected delivery date was june 20 I didnt get any updates about my order until 2 weeks after placing my order. I dont mind waiting for my order but there needs to be more transparency about actual delivery dates

It's at the usps store still. I don't have a car so I dought they will show up. Hopefully I can call the usps tomorrow an have the deliver them. Since I work til their closed. I just don't wanna ride a bus to find out it's a big package. Or the package was sent back already😐

Item took forever to be delivered, over two weeks. Which when you need baby formula is far too long. There should be more clarity when placing an order on how long it’s going to take rather than informing once you’ve already paid.

Took forever to get to me. I went for it because I was running out and I was told it will be delivered within days. Took a month for it to be delivered
