Overall experience good - one problem though - you need to offer the ‘No signature required, drop ship option’ as a standard shipping option. A customer should not need to call in for every order to arrange fir no signature - drop ship.

I trust The product and staff who are always informative and helpful. The prices are fair and I can usually get a coupon code ( wish there were more of those lol) especially for repeat customers. It would be nice that the stars that you receive become a discount code just a suggestion. But overall I’ve been a customer for a few years and come back because the product is consistent and so is the customer service.

Seems to be a good service but their system will not permit manually entering an address that is new. The website isn’t particularly intuitive or user friendly. When I called about it I was told there was no way to override it. The products arrive promptly and seem to be effective but seem to be on the higher end of the price spectrum.

Hello, We totally understand the frustrations, the doctor did not need to call you as they did not see any red flags on your medical profile. We did apply a 30% off to compensate for an earlier issue you had back in December. We hope to be here to help you in the future.
After paying for a large HCG order, and asking for status on delivery several times, three weeks later they tell me the FDA has made some ruling where my order can only be filled with injections - that makes NO sense. This is a logistical issue/error on their part. Probably ran out of product but are making it look like it is an FDA issue... A refund is coming according to Nu Image, but for anyone who takes HCG, you know it takes planning on such a program and now three weeks later, nothing.

Hello Tracy, We truly apologize about this. The pharmacy cannot compound more HCG pellets due to the FDA regulation that HCG cannot be compounded anymore. When they ran out, they had no choice but to switch all the orders to injections as that is the last supply we have of HCG. We understand that some people do not like the injections so we indeed provided a full refund for you. Again, we apologize about the inconvenience.
