Easy and thorough

The website for enrollment is pretty crappy. I moved on to the next question by mistake and had no way to go back to the previous question. So I left the enrollment only partially completely. Received an email to complete enrollment. When I used the provided link, it started me where I had left off and it had me signed up for the wrong product. Very glitchy site.
