I spent $650 on a brand new tire get it mounted on my truck and it has bubbles on the tread and is about to blow out

I found your order but I don't see where you have contacted us about any problem. Instead of giving us 1 star review without ever contacting us, why didn't you give us a chance to fix the problem? We could have taken care of your problem.
The tires say 15 inch wide. However the tread is only 13 inches wide

Dale, The width designation of any tire size of EVERY tire made by ANY manufacturer (EX: 35x12.50R15, 285x75R16) is the OVERALL width of the tire sidewall to sidewall once mounted and inflated on the specified rim size. The tread width is NEVER as wide as the width number shown on the side of the tire no matter what brand or manufacturer. If you had any questions about this before you ordered, we have people on the phones that would have been happy to answer your questions. Sorry that you are disappointed but your review has nothing to do with us. We do not build tires, we just sell them. We have nothing to do with how the tire industry designates sizes.
Haven’t received my tires

Esteban, We are in Wheeling, WV. You are in Texas. We received the order on 1/29 (Thursday). We shipped the order on the same day. You received the tires on 2/4 (Wednesday), which is the same day that you posted this review. That is 4 business days from WV to TX. It can't get much better than that. I am not sure what you are complaining about. I would love to talk to you about it. You can call me at 1-800-847-3287 and ask for Mark.
Only 3 of the 4 tires are delivered and the whole time they wer shipped I had no information on the package

Jaydan, I see that you received 3 of the 4 tires yesterday and the 4th tire is out for delivery today. When a shipment contains multiple large, heavy pieces, they are often separated and delivered over a span of a couple of days because of space on the trucks even though we shipped them all at the same time. Unfortunately, once a shipment leaves our building, we have little control of it. I also looked at the notifications sent and it shows that we sent notifications to [email protected]. Sometimes, these alerts get stuck in your spam filter or junk box. UPDATE: I see that the 4th tire was delivered today at 11:21 AM. Glad that we could be of assistance.
Paid 100 dollars for shipping and it took more than a week to get the dang tires.

Yes, That did take a couple of days longer than normal. Unfortunately, once the order is handed off to the shipper, we no longer have control of it. Sorry for the delay.
We are now 6 months out from original order…I have had to pay to have 4 tires mounted, dismounted, mounted again….machine at tire shop shows tires are out of round, Interco claims they don’t test for out of round because they are short handed.I also had to pay for the replacement tires that were defective as well to be shipped and wait a month for them to pick up first set of defective tires ( at their convenience) When a company, or companies in this case being NTW and Interco make one pathetic excuse after the next in response to legitimate problems their customers are having with defective products they produce, promote , and sell, that should be enough to stop anyone with any common sense from doing business with them. My message remains the same “ BUYERS BEWARE “ There is NO REASON this problem should still be going on at any customer’s expense. Of course now I will have to pay an attorney to handle though legal system. It is just the perfect illustration of bad business on NTW and Interco’s part. Their only responses to my complaints and all of the others are excuses not solutions. As a “tire professional “ you should know that there is a difference between a tire being out of round and “ out of balance”! I have now gone through FOUR (4) tires that have been confirmed as being out of round by a truly reputable and professional tire company here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Having to pay for defective tires twice and having to wait weeks for a refund on one of them after being sent another defective tire is not good business no matter how you “ shake it” no pun intended. As far as the attempt of you or Interco deflecting this problem to a mechanical problem with my truck, I put a different brand of tires on the truck that all checked out as not being out of round shortly after my first review. THE TRUCK DID NOT SHAKE AT ALL!! It doesn’t take a mental giant to figure out where the problem is! To add fuel to the fire I was also told by an Interco representative that they have been shorthanded and having numerous problems with receiving batches of tires that were out of round. Although I appreciate the sentiment of your response, please stick to the facts ! The fact remains that this is NOT GOOD BUSINESS and BUYERS SHOULD DEFINITELY BEWARE!

Louis, After reading this and your previous comments, I feel the need to respond. When you first talked to us about your vibration problem, you said that all 4 tires were out of round, but then changed that to two tires. After telling you the warranty procedure, you didn't like what we told you and you contacted Interco directly. After they told you the exact same procedure, you opted to have them take care of the warranty. After speaking to Interco about your comments above, the warranty person at Interco assured me that the tires were checked before they were sent and that she was standing beside the balancer while they were being checked. If you are still having issues, you may want to check your truck to see if you have something wrong or have another shop try balancing them. I'm not sure what kind of vibration you are experiencing, but these are a pretty aggressive mud tire and will never ride like an all terrain or OEM tire.
Ordered and received 4 Interco M16 tires. Two tires have bad belts in them. Truck shaking terribly. Immediately contacted NTW. After 3 weeks+ waiting on resolution, still unresolved. This type of business is what is fundamentally wrong with our Country. I am beyond disappointed in NTW and Interco. BUYERS BEWARE

Louis, I'm sorry that the factory wanted the tires back to inspect them before warranting them. We do not have any control over how a manufacturer wants to handle a possible warranty.

Ethan, I just saw your review and looked into the issue. I see that FEDEX had lost one of your tires and we shipped you another one. I'm sorry for the problem with FedEx, but we have no control of the order once it leaves our building. All that we can do is fix the problem, which we did.
