Great on-line program. Highly recommend it to others.

It was a great experience to have my classes taught to me online and also at home. I would recommend this to a friend or a family member and in fact I did, my son.

I thought the information and test was a learning experience and a reminder with updated information. Just wish it wouldn't take so long.

This was the first time I used NTSI for the online safety course. I've taken it twice in the past with a different company. The course content is relevant and useful, but the way it was presented was not very engaging. The website seems like it was designed in the early 2000's and hasn't been updated since. The course itself is a series of text-based web pages, with a few links to videos. I get there's a need to verify the identity of the person taking the course. NTSI's implementation could be improved so it's more user friendly. It's easy to miss the message that appears at the top of the page when you need to answer a security question. The phone call verification opens in a pop-up, so it's easy to miss and then you're suddenly locked out of the course. I doubt I'll use NTSI to take this course again.

The topics were good, speaker was knowledgeable and excellent.
