Delivered on Time and is exactly what I ordered. Thank You

Defective unit delivered. The box was was soiled on 4 sides (looked like oil staining). The outdoor light was previously un-boxed, removed, repacked incorrectly and then resealed. The light globe assembly was incorrectly manufactured. Unacceptable as a new assembly. looked more like a salvaged unit. Doug F.

Item was out of stock after we placed order

Absolutely wonderful headphones. Changed my music listening experience. Note: maybe this is because I bought an open box, but it did not come with a USB c charging cable or the special sennheiser 3mm headphone jack for wired mode. Thankfully I already had both so that doesn't matter much to me.

Package was delivered exactly as promised. Excellent buying experience. Thank you.

Good service I look forward to ordering from y'all again. ♥

Satisfied with headphones, but accessories were not complete. Airplane adapter and compact carrying bag missing

nice and fast delivery.
