Due to COVID my partner and I hit so many road blocks when it came to funding. Neal worked with us to find the right match. We closed on our first investment the day before Thanksgiving. Neil did a great job at having patience with me! This was my first hard money purchase so I’m learning as I go along and he taught me a bunch! Getting the appraisal was difficult but we hung in there! I definitely look forward to working with him again and will refer him to others as well! Overall great experience.

The experience was amazing!!!! Neal and Teri Made the real estate lending process extremely easy. They also help me increase my credit score from 535 to now a 689 in no time.
