After buying the business I was using the old cash register that I bought 2018 as a partner and I was paying their license fee $24.95 monthly basis. This month Nov. 2nd they took $24.95 license fee from my credit card. Today Nov 4 they turned of my POS with out any notification. I called them many times but I don't know yet why they turn off my POS. They took my money but I am not getting service. Their plan was to sell me a new register to make more money. Now they need to refund my money immediately. I sent them 3 emails but no reply. I called them many times only I hear some music. No one should get involved with this company.

If running a restaurant or bar don’t waste your time, it’s basically a cash register that attempts to do inventory. Complete POS….no pun intended

2 months already with NRS and so far I’m happy with their services. Customer service is great too. I recommend them very much.
