Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We truly appreciate your support and are glad you had a great experience with NRG Transportation
This company indirectly made it clear that they have no intention of paying what they owe us. We worked as a carrier under a contract for a load totaling $1,100, where $900 was our freight service fee (to be collected from the customer upon delivery) and $200 was the broker’s fee. The customer later provided us with their contract showing a total amount of $900, which means the broker had already received their fee from the customer. According to that contract, the customer was only supposed to pay us $700. We tried to resolve this issue with NRG Transportation, but they didn’t explain anything substantial. They told us that a manager would contact us, but that never happened. After that, they blocked us on almost all phone numbers. This situation is exactly why we are leaving this review. We still haven’t received our $200, and this is extremely unprofessional and disappointing
