Hi Yvonne, We're sorry to hear that your renewal experience didn't meet your expectations. We understand how an unexpected renewal can be frustrating, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. Our goal is to help ensure continuous coverage through the renewal process, and we send email notifications in advance to help make the process as smooth and transparent as possible. Because your policy is written on a claims-made form, maintaining continuous coverage is an important part of the policy structure. The automatic renewal is also agreed to as part of the initial policy purchase and allows coverage to continue without interruption unless the policyholder chooses to cancel the policy. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Your feedback is important, and we’re always looking for ways to make our processes clearer and easier for our customers. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more positive experience in the future. Thank you, NOW Insurance

Monique, We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as we're always looking for ways to improve and optimize our products and services. We don't take your feedback for granted. I took a look at our system, and at this time, the user portal appears to be functioning as expected. However, if you continue to experience any issues, please don't hesitate to report them so our team can investigate and address them. Regarding auto-renewal, our goal is to help ensure continuous coverage and avoid any unintended lapse in coverage. We also send email notifications in advance of the renewal to help make the process as smooth and transparent as possible. Because your policy is written on a claims-made form, maintaining continuous coverage can be particularly important. Auto-renewal is also agreed to during the initial purchase of the policy. If you choose not to renew, action is required from the insured to opt out of the renewal process, even if that simply means responding to our renewal reminders and requesting that the renewal be stopped. If there's anything we could have done differently to improve your renewal or user portal experience, we'd welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns and work toward a more positive experience. Stephany, We're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations. Our goal is to help ensure continuous coverage through the renewal process, and we do send email notifications in advance to make the renewal as smooth and transparent as possible. This is due to the type of policy form being claims made. We do also agree to this during the initial purchase of your policy. We truly appreciate the feedback because we are always looking to optimize our product, we don't take that for granted. If there's anything we could have done to improve your renewal experience, we'd welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns and work toward a more positive experience. NOW Insurance

Deddie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration you experienced regarding your request. We have sent you your new Certificate of Insurance. We want to reassure you that we fully understood what you were requesting. The additional step was simply part of our standard procedure. Since the automatic renewal on your policy had previously been stopped, we needed to reactivate the renewal feature in order to process your request. As part of that process, we also needed confirmation that you wanted to proceed with the renewal and authorized us to use the payment method on file. We have this step in place to ensure our customers are aware of and comfortable with any charge being made using their payment information on file. We apologize if this process was not clearly communicated and caused any confusion. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify what occurred.

Omayra, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I was able to review your account and found that we received a dispute inquiry from your bank regarding the payment on 8/6/2026. Following the dispute inquiry, the subscription was canceled while the matter is pending investigation. We understand how frustrating it can be when a policy is no longer active, and we’re sorry for any confusion this may have caused. If the dispute was submitted in error and you would like to reinstate your coverage, we would be happy to help you explore your options for rewriting the policy. Please contact our Customer Service team at 888-585-2075, and we’ll be glad to assist you. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to review what occurred.
