Hi there, It appears that you recently updated your previous 5-star review to a 1-star, but I noticed that you haven’t had an active service with us since October 2024. Could you clarify what issues you’ve experienced since then that led to this change? Additionally, I recall that your service was provided for free as part of a partnership. We always strive to offer the best experience possible, and if there’s anything we can do to address your concerns, we’d love the opportunity to help. Please feel free to reach out so we can look into this for you! Kind Regards.
