Not a drag and drop builder as advertised. I feel scammed as I was looking for something user friendly. You need to have extensive coding experience to even getting it to work, and even then, all you get are templates that have a set spacing for every little component - you can't design your own site at all beyond filling in text and images in the existing spots. I was not given a refund because apparently I downloaded the template... How was I supposed to know what I was getting if I didn't try it out? The advertising is definitely misleading... You get what you pay for. For a low price, you get a non functioning, purchase of templates that don't allow much customization. The worst part is blaming me as the customer for downloading their product to try and refuse giving me a refund.

Dear Lily, We are sorry to see that Novi did not meet your needs. We pay special attention to providing as much information about our products on the official website as possible. There's a detailed Novi documentation and Novi blog with different guides that can be checked anytime before the purchase if needed. Also, there's a live demo version of the builder - it allows testing the functionality of the builder before placing the order: http://try.novibuilder.com/ Even though there's a free trial version of the builder available, we still offer a 30-day money-back-guarantee. We do not require any reasons for providing a refund within the 30-day money-back guarantee policy, the only condition is that none of the ready-to-use website templates should be downloaded. Unfortunately, as you have already downloaded both the builder and the template, providing a refund within the 30-day money-back guarantee is not possible. Our team is always happy to provide all the needed assistance to make website building using Novi easier and quicker. In case you need any help, please, get back to us in your support ticket, and we will gladly assist!
Hello, I bought this Novi Builder I don't know why you decided to charge me twice I have no idea why I didn't get an email with the software I was thinking of purchasing it for my agency and each of my employees... I wanted to try it out how it works but I guess I don't want to know anymore so you took money out of my account twice I don't want to think of anything else but give me my money back and good luck with that....

Dear Aleksandar, we regret that you've encountered such issues and apologize for any inconvenience. The issue has been resolved immediately. Our billing department did not approve your second payment and sent the money to your bank. Usually, it takes up to 5 days for the funds to appear in the account again. However, it depends on the bank's billing cycle. You may also contact your bank to find out more details. As for our product use, you can get Novi Builder files and templates from your account. We have described all the steps to proceed and install Novi Builder in the following ticket: https://novibuilder.ticksy.com/ticket/3165540/. If there is anything else that we can do for you in this matter, please inform us!
When I bought this, I was under the impression that a person with relatively no coding experience could work effectively with the drag and drop builder that is inside of this tool but that turned out to be wrong. This software is quite dated and there are better alternatives out there outside of this tool. They haven't updated this tool in 2 years. I asked for a refund within my 30 day period and they waited until my 30 day period expired to address my refund request. That was a very slimy thing to do. Also, I downloaded their website templates and they consider that to be grounds for a refund refusal. Who buys a website builder for lousy templates? I want to build my OWN creation. I do not recommend this product at all. Look elsewhere. Edit to address their reply: My server worked just fine with the builder. It's the builder itself that's not worth using. I obviously contacted support. I had to try to communicate with them because I wasn't satisfied. Support is slow, as I already said I already mentioned that I downloaded templates. I wouldn't buy this just to download templates. Who pays $200 just for templates? Maybe someone does but not me. I was buying a website builder. I'm not the only customer dissatisfied. Check out their Facebook page.

Dear Ricky, we regret that the builder did not meet your expectations. Kindly note that Novi is fully functional and compatible with the latest PHP version(s), yet it's important that your server configuration meets the requirements that are listed in the builder documentation. We offer a 30-days money-back guarantee, which gives the users the possibility to test the builder thoroughly and get a refund if the product does not seem suitable. On the pricing page of our official website it is stated clearly, that 30-days money-back guarantee policy covers the builder testing only. Downloading the website templates revokes the user's right to get a refund within the 30-days money-back guarantee policy. After the purchase was made, you have done a total of 162 downloads that include not only the Novi builder but also 36 ready-to-use website templates. As we have already explained in your ticket, the refund within the 30-days money-back guarantee is not possible because of these templates that were downloaded. Our technical support team is always glad to provide help with the builder or the template(s) anytime. We assist with installation, customization, troubleshooting, and much more. Yet we have not, unfortunately, received any support requests from you and we have no information about the challenges you faced. We hope to continue our cooperation with you. If there is anything we can assist you with, please, do not hesitate to contact us anytime! Thank you!
On the surface, from the website and everything you read, it seems like this product is real and useful. However, I'm not even sure this product works. You do get a download when you pay for it, but I'm a software developer at a top tech company in the SF Bay area and I could not get it to work. To even use it you need apache and php, so this "no code" drag-and drop website builder definitely requires at least intermediate server administration skills. I tried to get help, but all they have is their facebook page and a fake ticket website they don't respond to. It looks like someone installed the most basic support software and left it at that. My ticket on their support site was simply deleted without a response after 2 days. I requested a refund per their 30-day guarantee and got no response. The product doesn't work and no one got back to me so it's pretty clear it's a giant scam. I don't trust a single review here — I bet they were just made by the creator in an effort to make it seem like people use and enjoy his product. Beware!

Dear Customer, please, accept our sincere apologies for such a delay in replying to your request. Unfortunately, we've been experiencing unexpected technical difficulties and have been unable to get your review until now. Please, join our Novi Builder community on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/groups/1737760733198439 There you will find a lot of information regarding the builder, the way it works and will be able to get assistance from the community. Also, our Facebook page is available at https://www.facebook.com/NoviBuilder Look forward to your reply.
Lacking many options for today's competition...plus...commercial is not true...you must be a coder to do anything else but only edit text and replace image in templates. And yes...no refund, refund is available only if you try builder with one template if you download any other-there is no refund. At the end, its just a try and good commercial...good for beginers for one simple limited web page only, there are many better block builders out there for less money. All the comments you see here and at their community are by theirs people...its hard to post anything public.

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear about your experience. Novi team clearly understands that we lack some features, and as a start-up, we are actively developing new features for customers and fixing bugs. As you can see, we openly state the conditions of a refund on the Pricing page of our website so that you didn't have any doubts. Novi team is willing to refund any order which contains the downloaded builder itself without a downloading the package of templates. By the way, our pricing is much more advantageous than it may seem at first glance. For example, a single WP template costs $75 on average, while with Novi package you get 30+ templates and a builder itself for only $49. As for the opportunity to leave a comment or a review, all Novi public channels are open for your ideas and testimonials, including the community on social networks. And our tech team is always ready to provide you with the best solution possible if you have any technical issues.
