Novel's non-dilutive funding allows an EBITDA-positive business like mine to make meaningful investments in growth while also smoothing cash flow – without the need for selling equity. The process is simple, smooth, and fast, relying mostly on financials and other documentation we already had available.

The team is approachable and they are deeply focused on improvements and partnership. It has been a pleasure.

Novel positions themselves as a partner, not just another lender. Their diligence process was upfront and clear, their team is professional (not pushy), and we met with the founder before we closed the transaction. The platform is very easy to use.

From initially just testing the waters regarding debt options for us throughout the due diligence to closing everything was great, well managed, positive and constructive, done timely, and transparently. Really enjoyed working with team Novel, and looking forward to continuing working with them.
