My order was delayed due to a fedex issue. My order was given priority researched and even offered to re ship new product due to the time sensitive issue we were facing. Outstanding customer service People like us still exist!!!!!!

Great service and got exactly what we orderd. Plus got follow up call, great service.

Their dedicated Team demonstrated a level of care and understanding to the special situation I had at hand. They are there to help. I sure do appreciate their input as well. They seem to really know what they're doing when it comes to security.

1st order, online chat helped determine Nova product to our needs. Samples were provided quickly. Two subsequent orders on line were seamless and efficient.

My experience has been wonderful with NovaVision--starting from the website, which is user friendly, to the personal customer service and then to the actual product, which I received quickly. Very satisfied with the product, and would recommend this company.
