Great App When It Works… But Support Needs Serious Improvement
The app itself works well when it’s functioning properly. However, I’ve run into recurring issues—sometimes it doesn’t generate transcripts in the Google Sheet, and other times, it doesn’t generate anything at all. The biggest frustration, though, is customer support. Reaching out via chatbot or email is a nightmare! They take forever to respond. For example, my current issue started on March 20, and as of March 27, I still haven’t heard back. Every issue takes way too long just to be acknowledged, let alone resolved. If the support were better, this app would be great—but right now, it’s a real pain.
