A brilliant toy company with lots of personalised options! - Seen a few reviews saying they're "too soft" but you can pick your own firmness? A lovely company to buy from and their custom service is always great. The customisations on colours is great and I love the little back story each toy has! They have a VERY wide range of toys and sizes. Shipping is discreate and everything always comes packaged nicely. 10/10 would recommend them after having numerous of their toys spanning across years now!

Good and save products, very helpful and fast delivery. they check if all products dont have any flaws and gift some little bonus stuff like stickers. love to buy there because quality and price are good.

The service was in the beginning ok, with questions and then a Quick response. Because i want to buy and yeah they want to sell. Thats it then! I ordered and the toys arrived. More then 160.- a piece and the hardest ones. Pff they aren't even usable. So soft. Squeesy. What a waste and now i have multiple toys of them and can't even use one of them. No do not buy here, its nothing, so soft and bendable. And quess what? Still waiting for a response. I bought the xl toys. They just fall down even with a suction cup, so soft. A banana is harder. Again what a waste. It came straight from China. They don't care what they sell. Positive reviews about hardness are fake.

The customer service and whole experience of ordering was second to none. However, I bought their Hunter Jack toy in Hard Firmness, and to my dismay it's virtually useless: very floppy, squishy and flaccid. I contacted Nothosaur to double-check I had the correct firmness, which they said I did. I then asked if this firmness would be the same for a couple other toys I was considering, and they assured me there would be minimal difference. This was super disappointing, as I was really keen to buy some of their other toys, but given how flaccid, soft and squishy this one was (and at the hardest firmness), I wouldn't buy from them again. That said, the customer service was superb: they always replied quickly and professionally to all of my queries, and the item came expertly packaged. Just a shame the product is useless! If you like firm toys that aren't super floppy and spongy, I'd look elsewhere. I would've left a review on their website, but that part doesn't seem to be working properly. 5 star rating for the company, 2 star rating for the toy.

I have purchased items from Nothosaur twice, and both instances have been extremely positive. My first purchase came without problem, it was a pre-made product and was delivered to me within the scope of time given on the website. My second purchase took longer because of personal modifications, weeks passed by and I wondered how long it would take. I sent a message and got a quick response explaining the reasons, and shorty after the product was sent. When it came into my possession, the look sadly did not reflect the description on the website (colors were not as described, the top-color which according to the description would be less noticable, covered majority of the product), and I found a minor chip at the base. I messaged Nothosaur support with pictures and once again got a quick response, apologizing and, without any problems, or demands from me, said they would make me a new, corrected, item. Quality and look of the Nothosaur toys I have are wonderful, it is clear that this company cares about its customers and will make sure nobody is unhappy. Im so happy to have such a positive experience in regards to the product not coming as described, and want to once again note that Nothosaur themselves made the decision to send a new product. With how many companies nowadays try to avoid fixing mishaps, forcing customers to fight tooth and nail, Nothosaur is a breath of fresh air and definitely a company deserving of trust and praise. I would, and wil, purchase from nothosaur again, and highly suggest it, especially for my fellow European customers.

They were some controversy about this brand at first but the market is quite tense. Still, Nothosaur learn and improve on failure in order to be this great fantasy sextoy brand. I have now eight sextoys from them and some of them are really great. Not all of them because everyone is different and feel things another way. But it's good! They're using platinum cured sillicone which is a safe material. Support is really present although I'm mostly on their discord for it. Delivery is fast enough and at least I can easily follow it. Package delivery is discreet, no mention that there is a sextoy inside. Well.. A sextoy or several ones...

I have ordered from Nothosaur twice now, and a third time they sent me a product for promotion on social media! The toys are very well made and truly beautiful! I highly recommend them and have never had a bad experience. They communicate well and are accommodating with custom color orders!
