I originally had a subpar experience with Norton's Shopping Guarantee (hence the reply under my comment.) Their amazing team reached out to me and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of excellent. This is a company that truly cares about the service they are providing. That being said, I edited my review and gave them a 5 star rating and will use their services everytime it is offered going forward! I purchased my firearm from a reputable Gun store company on the layaway plan. Upon returning to the site to log the firearms information for my records (less than 2 hours later), I discovered the price had dropped by $49.50. Upon complaining to the gun store about the discrepancy, I was informed they could do nothing for me but to utilize the “NORTON SHOPPING GURANTEE”.
