Set up Wyoming LLC - note their agent fees go up quite a bit second year, but so far smooth sailing.

Hi Jamie, thank you for the review! We actually haven't changed our Registered Agent fee. We do offer the first year of Registered Agent service for free when you sign up for formation service, so maybe that caused some confusion. If you have any questions about your invoices or services always feel free to reach out to us. We have real people here who answer every call and respond to emails within 30 minutes!
When the services I subscribe to through Northwest Registered Agent actually work correctly, all is good, but I had SO many issues with the phone system that I finally cancelled that service. Now I am having repetitive issues with the email service and the last 2 times I emailed support I haven't received a response. Seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. I can buy a domain and get a business email address from any other domain host, pay less for the monthly services, AND have less issues with better support if there are issues. I used NWRA to set up my business because they offered all of the things I need to run my business, in one place. But it isn't really worth all of the headaches I've had with those offered services. And now no support response! Not acceptable.

They corrected the error, after I had to go through multiple people without success. I’m still concerned that I was told three different things by three different people, but happy they ended up fixing it

I’ve been using their virtual office because I do business from home and don’t want my home address out there. I read my company’s mail online on their website and they send me notices when there’s something new. They throw out the junk mail too so I don’t have to mess with that either. Great experience so far.
