I was so close to call BBB to report this bad experience , sorry it was my night mare Northstar. Never again.

The equipment is good but I have trouble with the garage door and Home Away setting. Because I have been traveling a lot lately I have not had the issues resolved. Plan to in the future.

System doesn't work at all while I am away from my house like the installer said it would work and I'm still waiting for someone to come work on the outside chime. The light keeps going out and I have to move the chime for it to work. I had the system installed about three weeks ago, and I hope I will not continue to have issues with the system.

We have had the system a short time and are very much impressed. On small glitch in installation and they were there as fast as possible to repair it. Service was good by a installer very knowledgeable of his trade. Thank you
