An order was placed last week by phone. I did not receive it and found out it had never been placed. I was not happy about this as I needed the items for my husband who was coming home from rehab. I did reorder the items and received them on Thursday Nov. 6.

I ordered mor than I needed, but it is good to have it around. Sheet lasts fairly long until damp or wet; then I toss it. Also, after about 4-5 uses in bed (dry), it has to be replaced since the 'layers' start to separate.
