Ordered stuff and noted I had made an error. Even though I wrote to them on Sunday morning, they promptly emailed back they would substitute the corrected size. Very fast shpping.

I purchased a recliner waterproof cover since my cat is getting older and we did not want her to soil the chair. The shopping experience, through NorthShore, was fast and very easy. I received the product quickly. I have used the product, and love it with only one exception. Although the back of the cover was long, I wanted it to be more secure, so I attached elastic from the back to each arm, so it's stays in place. The cat did soil it, so I can attest that it washed very well, it kept it's shape, dried quickly and the chair was not damaged.

The Northshore brand diapers are cheaper, better, and are easier to wear in public without being noticed compared to the Abena M4. I am recommending that all of my incontinent friends give this a try!

The cloth and barrier protection pad is perfect to protect my bed from body fluids. Washable - still looks like new!

Excellent service with a personal touch.

These briefs unfortunately are not enough protection for my husband, as he is going though treatment for bladder cancer. We were hoping they would work, as he said they were a lot more comfortable than depends. They may be useable after his BSG treatments are over, and his bladder is not so irritated.

Pads are excellent. Larger and more absorbent than Prevail. No leakage at all and cooler temperature.
