NorthShore has never failed to get my orders to me promptly. The customer service is outstanding. The only reason I rated four star instead of five, is because NorthShore is general more expensive than other vendors. But hey, it's worth it to deal with an honest and dependable company. I have learned my lesson the hard way. I will never use another company for diaper purchases.

The flex-supreme underwear frequently rips while pulling it on. Also, the “Medium” stamped on the waist does not designate whether the pant is to faces the front or back; confusing as I’ve tried it both ways with no diffeence in comfort either way!
