I've used NorthShore for years. I use their 36"x36" peach pads as doggie/potty pads. I know most use them for human patients, and it's because of that that I use them for my dogs. They are absorbent, without flaws, and the perfect size for my toy sized dogs. NorthShore is professional, with great products, and lightning fast shipping/delivery. I've ordered from both their website -and- amazon.com. Five-Stars!

quick service. early delivery

This is not even my order. The order was for a Matthew Swan and I am Janet Swanson. I replied to the e-mail that it was the wrong email address and they did nothing about it. I am still getting emails from them. I hope Matt Swan got his order because I even got the tracking info. Not good customer service at all.

I ordered the large underpaid that tucks under the mattress. Was I surprised to receive it so quickly and I am trilled with the product. Thank you so much for such an excellent product and such superb service.
