The item was very late.

Only shipped out after I disputed the charge with PayPal. Also it arrived somewhat mangled and needs to be fixed.

Excessively long shipping time, with no communication from the company despite multiple calls and emails.

Late shipping, no directions

I've ordered before and was very impressed with how quickly I received my order. However this time, I placed my order on 26th June and only just received my order today (15th Aug). I gave it 3 weeks before I emailed to question where my order was, I was advised the machine for making this product was broken and I would be kept up to date once my order had been made. I waited another 2 weeks still with no update and again had to email to find out what was happening with my order. Im just really disappointed as this was a present and it took away from the fact it took 2 months to be sent to me and having to constantly chase for an update. If I had just been contacted in the first place I would have been fine about it.

I ordered on 25/02/2023, and it says on the website it would international orders would take 1-2 business days. The DHL tracking indicates that it is still in The States, not even close to Europe ... I would definitely have ordered my items on a different website if I knew that the shipping days took longer than 6 business days. And it doesn’t say when the estimated delivery is...

The product itself was perfect. There was one small piece of adhesive in the box, which wouldn’t work for all three parts of the signage.

I still don't have my order :( I didn't receive a confirmation email, luckily I paid with Paypal so I could get the name of the company. I have emailed them but heard nothing in response yet!!
