Nordic Knots was founded on the Scandinavian tradition of functional design with a minimalist aesthetic. That's why we use only high-quality materials that put timeless Scandinavian design in focus, as well as ethical production practices, to create great rugs and curtains that last. It sounds simple, but we know it’s not easy to find rugs and curtains that look right, feel right, and are made right.
Nordic Knots (nordicknots.com) has 619 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 4.3 out of 5.

Thank you!
I bought a jute border rug. The rug is very pretty, however it is a very delicate rug. It is not a rug to be stepped on every day. I have only been using it for a month and it has already deteriorated with use. Nordic Knots should have clarified that it is an ornamental rug and not a functional rug.

So sorry to hear this! Our Head of Customer Experience has reached out via email to find a solution for you.
