The rug we bought (Norr Mälarstrand 01) is extremely well made from highest quality yarns. Although these rugs are by no means inexpensive, they are good value for the price. Email communication was clear and informative, and shipping was prompt. Nordic Knots has the hallmarks of a well-run company. We would gladly buy from them again.

Each was sufficiently different from the offerings of other companies, and the price of each handmade rug was fair in comparison to other companies as well. The quality is great. I had one customer service request, and it was properly and graciously handled. We will continue to patronize Nordic Knots whenever we order new quality rugs.
