Nordic Knots was founded on the Scandinavian tradition of functional design with a minimalist aesthetic. That's why we use only high-quality materials that put timeless Scandinavian design in focus, as well as ethical production practices, to create great rugs and curtains that last. It sounds simple, but we know it’s not easy to find rugs and curtains that look right, feel right, and are made right.
Nordic Knots (nordicknots.com) has 619 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 4.3 out of 5.

So great to hear, Leah! Thank you!
Much better pricing for a 12x15 size area rug than most local furniture stores. Delivery time wasn’t outrageously long and the product and end result are perfect. Looked exactly as portrayed online and great quality!

Hi Sonya! We are so sorry to hear about this. This is absolutely NOT the experience we want our customers to have during delivery. We have emailed you to talk further about this issue!
Beautiful well made wool rug. The design is so unique, unlike anything else on the market.

Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear that you love your new rug and that you found our service speedy. Your kind words mean a lot to us and inspire our team to keep delivering beautiful, well-crafted pieces for your home.
My order said would ship on Oct 21st. No shipment, have been charged. Have contacted customer service and received a vague response and then once I asked anything further they stopped responding. I’ve never had an issue when receiving the samples we purchased, but the rug selected said available now. Just don’t communicate an incorrect timeline and then not provide any satisfactory updates. Updated my experience, as Sandra was very communicative and helpful and got in touch with the right teams within the shipping department to rectify the delays.
