very high quality fish excellent website and ease of ordering very understanding and apologetic when there was a delay in delivery and the fish was no longer cold and they offered me a new order free of charge straightaway

Customer service was outstanding. Julian went above and beyond the norm to expedite my order. I would have rated this experience Five Stars, but the Wagyu filets were not fully frozen (they were shipped from less than 100 miles away, and I paid for the upgraded wrap to keep them frozen), and the quality of the cut does not appear to be anywhere near the others I have purchased (in all fairness, the others were picture perfect—just like the photo in your ad).

We tried the salmon and scallops for our first time shopping, both were AMAZING quality and so delicious and fresh. The salesmen we met at the Calabasas Farmer's Market on 3/23 was also amazing... this man knew about every piece of fish he was selling and was super genuine. You could tell he loves the product he's selling.
