Nordic CatchReviews of nordiccatch.com

This was my first order from Nordic Catch. I ordered 2 of the: Sushi Delivery Kit – Omakase Nigiri, No Prep Needed. While I'm sure, according to their stellar reviews their fresh and frozen sushi fish is very good. These ready made, frozen sushi trays are pretty lousy. Oh, it's a very novel idea and a lot went into the packaging and presentation. It was admittedly fun to put the pouch in the water and watch it make steam to thaw the Nigiri pieces. Sadly, that was the best part of the meal. The sushi itself was poor and inappropriately fishy in flavor and comprised of extremely thin, little skimpy pieces. All in all, it's a novel idea who's time should not have come. From now on, I will order their actual sushi fish and make my own.

Hola!! Congratulation 🙌

Product quality is top notch. The customer service experience was A+. Good product and good people, that’s a winning combination.

Did not receive any order. Happened the twice at least.

What an awesome company! I Recently ordered some frozen seafood which was shipped overnight via UPS and was set to arrive Friday. Due to UPS delays the package did not arrive until Monday evening thawed out but still cold. I received a phone call before my package even arrived stating that they had noticed my package had been delayed and they were prepared to send out a new package if mine arrived in poor condition. I called them back Monday evening and let them know the condition of my seafood and a new shipment arrived Tuesday evening completely frozen! Very impressed with the customer service I received. Thank you Nordic catch.

Fish is the freshest and best tasting you can find, and I love that it’s cleaner than store bought seafood!

Awesome company!!! Easy to order and shipment was so fast.

Some of the items that I bought were for the first time. We needed and received wonderful guidance, I would have bought four times as much fresh wasabi had they just accepted my order. They checked and suggested the correct amount. I bought the stainless steel grater. It was great! No pun intended. The salmon belly, was great, as always. Really sashimi quality. The scallops were a huge hit. I love the quality and service provided by Julian and Luis. Thank you!!!! George
