I know the company is closing, so this is a moot point, but I have to document it somewhere. I was sad to see they were closing but excited to order some of their food at a discounted rate. When I placed my order, the free shipping was not selected for some reason, so I asked them to cancel that order so I could place it again with the shipping taken off. In hindsight, I should've asked them to take the shipping off themselves, but here we are. They never refunded me the $120+ for the cancelled order. Additionally, one of the items I ordered was out of stock, and they noted it on the packing invoice but never refunded the money. I have emailed them multiple times, posted on their public facebook page, and messaged the facebook business account. Not a nice way to go out.

Horrible customer service. I received my order and two packages of chicken wings were missing, they wrote on the package slip refunded for the missing items. Never received the refund. Have reached out to them numerous times and they will not respond to my messages or phone call. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

I always have an amazing experience ordering from No Pig Neva. From start to finish, everything exceeds my expectations. The product selection is incredible, thoughtfully curated, high-quality, and truly aligned with a vegan lifestyle without compromise. You get all those hard to find items in one place, no need to go from store to store. The ordering process is seamless, delivery was timely, and everything arrived fresh and well-packaged. You can tell real care goes into both the products and the customer experience. It’s refreshing to support a business that’s not only ethical and intentional, but also reliable and professional. If you’re vegan, plant-based, or simply curious about better food choices, I highly recommend No Pig Neva. This is the kind of company you feel good supporting and I’ll definitely be continuing my shopping needs with them! I also love that it feels like a mom and pop shop!
