Terrible customer service. I ordered a doorbell from them with 1 year of cloud service. It took me almost 2 weeks to get someone to respond and set up my cloud service. Then a month later my doorbell is not capturing all events and misses a lot of people right outside my door including us coming and going. I'm using for security and it's very poor. App freezes on all cameras. Once again reached out to customer support (they only have email), it's been 6 days with no response. They say they will respond in 24 hrs. I've sent 4 emails in 6 days. Even went on there FB pg asking for help.

As promised a five star review I did leave a bad as custom service was very very slow and told me to try things I've already done I think it was a faulty camera now all resolved 5 star service

We got a Nooie indoor cam for our baby’s room. Was a nightmare to set up and since it’s been set up, the connection is crap. The camera also goes offline by itself and re-starts and the camera plays a little jingle that then wakes up my baby. Will be throwing this away and purchasing another one from a different brand. Avoid!

Fresh and stylish new wind within the smart market, I've been using their smart plugs and now can't do without. The schedules are handy and insights give me more awareness on power usage.

I’ve had 2 cameras with nooie one firstly bought then a replacement. Unfortunately it was out of the warranty time but nooie agreed to give me a discount on purchasing another. Great communication via email and fast replies. Very helpful and great service!

I've been using the Nooie smart plugs for a few years now. They are great! Simple to use, compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google home. I like to use them when abroad to simulate house activity, they even have a random one-off functionality to avoid a strict schedule should someone be actively watching your home.

They asked for 5 star reviews in exchange for a free camera. Their smart plugs can be tricky to setup and sometimes simply do not respond.

100% recommend the Nooie smart plugs, and the customer service is outstanding. I bought 2 plugs a while ago, was a bit confusing to set up to start with, but when I got used to it, setting up was a breeze. I told my family about them, and my cousin bought some. Again, she struggled with the set up, but she also used the plugs hotspot to get them to work. Then my sister bought some. This time though she really struggled. At the time, I had also bought more. When I went to set them up, I couldn’t either. We both noticed that the plugs hotspot didn’t say smart life, and instead had Chinese writing. We tried web chat, but didn’t get a response. My sister emailed Nooie support and they replied straight away. They got her to try different things. I told her to tell them about the writing. They asked her to send a screen shot, and immediately said they would send her some more. They came quickly, and the new set worked straight away. I then emailed with the same problem. Chris replied straight away, and I sent the screen shots. I had a reply saying they would send new ones within 3-5 days. They arrived the next day. These worked straight away. I really can’t fault this company at all. The plugs are great and work with our google home. Amazing when we come in at night, in the pitch black, arms full carrying shopping and we ask google to turn the lights on. Chris was excellent, best customer service I’ve ever had. Thank you Chris and Nooie 😁
