an wxcellent product in the backocks but the dsogn puts high stress at the corners. When the zipper separates from the fabric, you will spend 2-3 months of your time getting customer service to do something. If you don’t mind having to nag them frequently to do something, ANYTHING, it is a generally excellent product.

The travel suitcase and the backpack are both very well made and very durable. Both have a lifetime warranty. The best words to describe both are strong and efficient. It's so easy to pack a lot in a small space. The wheels rotate 360 degrees and the backpack connects to the suitcase handle. This makes traveling easier. Finally, customer service is excellent.

Purchased the Nomatic 40L Travel Bag in 2019 and since then has literally been around the world with me through Covid and all. I really appreciate the just straight black look with subtle branding. Prefer to blend in rather than to yell out hey i am a tourist in "which city is this?" bag lol. Overall very thought out bag, not to mention the accessories like the vacuum bag they offer.

I have only used my travel backpack once. It won't be the last time. I love it. Well constructed and great organization pockets throughout the backpack. Just as advertised

I love the travel bag i bought in 2017. Durable, smart design, good looking. Customer service was easy, quick and no issues, when I used the lifetime warranty, I got a brand new bag after the zipper broke. Great! Update: I have no idea why the ppl posting bad reviews have gotten bad service, or did they? I initially got an email that the claim for lifetime warranty would take "3-6 weeks... to be reviewed" which, firstly, is OK with me. However, after I made the claim on the website, it took about 2 weeks until they let me know that they are sending a new bag. The same day, I got the "order confirmation" of the new bag, the day after it was being shipped and, since I am in Europe, the bag was delivered 9 days after this. I paid nothing; no shipping cost, no fees, nada. This is great service, so I would not take the bad reviews seriously.

Customer service is deplorable. They took more than 2 months to assess my claim and the solution to fix the bag is to pay the shipping costs to send the backpack from Portugal to the US, which just that is worth more than 25% of the backpack current value. Really disappointed with Nomatic and I will not buy anything from them ever again.

Great bag and excellent customer service. They stand by their work, and if you just communicate with them, they will go above and beyond. I log over 100+ days of travel, and this bag is perfect for 1-3 trips. Rugged, ergonomic, and stylish. What more can you ask?
